Nearshore, on your hours
English and Spanish, US Central hours, at a Mexico cost base. Your morning is our morning, and the quote reflects where we sit, not a US agency's overhead.
One person, start to finish
The person who audits the store scopes the work and writes the code. No account manager, no junior on your build, no handoff — and one developer who can fix the theme, the integration and the AI layer in the same week.
Prices on the page
Every service has a starting price on this site, fixed in writing before work starts. The audit is free for the first ten stores. Prices in USD, excluding taxes.

01

Published work

We publish free storefront audits of real stores. Nobody asked for them and nobody paid for them.

Every finding is quoted from the page it came from, so you can see exactly how we read a storefront. The newest is a powersports retailer on Shopify. Alongside them, one named build: Cort Acerox, a catalog and quote site for a laser-cut metal shop in Puebla.

02

What we find

Ordinary breakage, on stores paying to send traffic to it.

A variant that will not add to the cart. A category advertised with nothing in it. Theme placeholder text in front of paid traffic.

03

AI, inside the store

The work that eats a retailer's week, handed to software that lives inside your store.

Product descriptions, attributes and alt text generated from the data you already have, in English and Spanish, pushed into Shopify or WooCommerce. A support agent that answers order status, shipping and returns from your own store data and hands the rest to a person. Supplier emails, inventory reconciliation and ad reports turned into a morning summary instead of an afternoon of copy-paste.

Nothing is a demo. Every piece is wired into the store account you own, and the audit tells you which one pays for itself first.

05

Who this is for

Independent retailers on Shopify or WooCommerce, in the United States or Mexico, running their own store.

Apparel, home goods, beauty, food and drink, outdoor gear, parts and accessories, B2B wholesale. Usually a small staff, a catalog in the hundreds or low thousands, and an ad budget that has been running longer than anyone has looked at the storefront it lands on. Physical shops with an online store fit especially well: they have the trust and the stock, and the site is what is not keeping up.

Not marketplaces, not dropshipping catalogs, and not anyone who wants an agency with an account manager. If you are on another platform, send the URL anyway; the reading is the same, and the first reply will say whether the fixes are.

06

Why the audit is free

Because it is the sales pitch.

A written audit of your own store, with every finding quoted from the page it came from, tells you more about how we work than any call could, and it costs you nothing to find out. Most fixes are then a few hours each, quoted line by line at a fixed price, and you can hand the document to anyone else instead.

We also publish audits of stores nobody asked us to look at, redacted, as a series. Yours joins it only if you say so.

07

B2B commerce, separately

Distributors and manufacturers get a different door.

Company accounts, customer-group pricing, quotes, net terms, punchout and the ERP sync underneath. We review, rescue, implement and migrate B2B storefronts on BigCommerce B2B Edition, Shopify B2B, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce and OroCommerce, and Victor spent two years as a senior engineer on B2B Edition itself. Paid review instead of a free audit, priced on its own page.

Send us the URL of the page you are unsure about.

We will reply within one business day with what we saw, whether it is a fit, and whether a free audit slot is still open. No form, no call required. If it is the support inbox or the catalog that hurts, say so and we start there.
