Ground-up themes and platform moves
A complete storefront built from scratch, or a move between Shopify and WooCommerce with the catalog, the URLs and the policy pages carried across.
We built a complete Shopify theme from the ground up — a Dawn fork with a custom hero, a category selector, story bands, a trust bar and product sections — including a market-aware legal disclosure section that renders Mexican PROFECO compliance content only in the Mexican market.
AI, wired into the store you already run. Each of the next three starts from the data and the accounts you have and lands back in them. The model runs on your own keys and budget; nothing is hosted with us.
Product pages written from your own data
Descriptions, attributes, alt text and English-Spanish translation generated from what is already in your catalog, reviewed against your rules, and pushed into Shopify or WooCommerce. Priced by catalog size, fixed in writing, with a sample batch approved by you before the rest runs.
Order status, shipping and returns, answered from your store
An agent that reads your own orders, policies and shipping data, answers the questions that fill the inbox, and hands anything else to a person with the thread attached. Runs in your help desk and your store account, on your budget for the model, with every answer logged so you can read what it said.
The spreadsheet work, done before you sit down
Supplier emails, inventory reconciliation, returns triage, ad-report summaries. The rules are automated, the judgement calls go to AI, and you keep a written runbook. We map the process with you first, so the price covers a named list of tasks, not a vague promise.
Someone on the store every week
Monitoring of the paths that make money, fixes as they come up, one improvement shipped every month, and a reply within one business day. Month to month. Optional, and it cancels with a month's notice. Everything shipped under it is yours, the same as a project.

Your theme, your code, your store account, your model keys. The monthly plan is optional and month to month; everything else is a fixed-price project. Nothing hosted with us, no lock-in.
