B2B commerce · Distributors and manufacturers

B2B commerce work for distributors and manufacturers, on the platform you already run.

Company accounts, customer-group pricing, quotes, net terms, punchout, and the ERP sync underneath all of it. We review, rescue, implement and migrate B2B storefronts. Victor spent two years as a senior engineer on BigCommerce B2B Edition, so one of these platforms we know from the inside.

A separate door from the retailer work on the rest of this site. Different buyer, paid review instead of a free audit, because a distributor's storefront is read against the ERP, not only the browser.

  3. Specimen B3 · Punchout returns to the wrong cart

  5. Specimen B5 · Reorder pad cannot find the SKU

    HX-220-BLKAdd
    SKU not found.

it exists, as a variant of HX-220

The most valuable flow in B2B, matching on the wrong identifier. Reorder is the flow nobody tests after launch.

  8. Specimen B8 · Portal balance disagrees with ERP

    Invoice portalBalance due $12,480.00
    ERP, same accountBalance due $9,730.00

two days behind, or computed differently

The buyer pays the wrong amount, or stops trusting the portal and calls accounting.

Every specimen is drawn: our own type, our own palette, invented company names and part numbers, no screenshot and no platform's interface reproduced. They show what a defect class looks like, not what any storefront looked like.

Every one of these is quoted with its location and its fix in the review. The first one is published: Audit No. 003, an industrial supply distributor on BigCommerce →, read from the public side the way the retail audits are. Paid reviews follow as engagements complete.

Prices in USD, before any applicable taxes. Fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. Platform licences, app subscriptions and integrator fees are not included. Starting prices; the scope sets the number.

Implementation reviewfrom $2,500

Your B2B storefront, read end to end, in writing

Two weeks. The buying flows as an account admin, a buyer and a rep each see them, then the pricing, account and order data read against the ERP. Every finding with its location, what it costs an order, and the effort to fix it.

Platform selection and RFP reviewfrom $3,500

Before you sign with a platform or an integrator

Which platform fits the catalog, the pricing model, the ERP and the buyers you have, and what the proposals in front of you leave out. We sell no licence and take no referral fee.

Rescue and stabilizationfrom $10,000

The implementation that is mostly working

The last part of a B2B launch is the part that loses orders. We take the list from the review or from your tickets and close it at a fixed price, alongside your existing agency if you have one.

B2B implementationfrom $20,000

A wholesale storefront, built from the ERP outward

Account structure, buyer roles and approvals, price lists, quotes, net terms and the invoice portal, quick order and reorder, and the integration that keeps it all true. Delivered in your account and your repository.

Migration between platformsfrom $25,000

Off Magento, a custom portal, or a platform that stopped fitting

Accounts, price history, open quotes and open orders move with the catalog, or it is not done. Cutover planned around the ERP, both sides run in parallel, handover with URLs and rep logins intact.

ERP and punchout integrationfrom $12,000

NetSuite, SAP Business One, Acumatica, Dynamics, and your buyers' procurement systems

Customers, price lists, inventory, orders and invoices, each flowing in the direction it should and nowhere else. Punchout catalogs for buyers who order from inside their own procurement system.

Platforms

We implement, rescue and migrate on

BigCommerce B2B Edition. Shopify B2B on Shopify Plus. Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source with B2B. WooCommerce with a B2B stack. OroCommerce. The mid-market platforms, where a small senior team does the work without a bench between you and it.

We review and advise on

SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, commercetools, Optimizely, Sana. Large integrators sell and deliver these, and we do not pretend otherwise. What a merchant on them needs from us is independent: platform selection, a second read of the integrator's proposal or finished work, and the integration nobody owns.

From the inside

Two years as a senior engineer on BigCommerce B2B Edition, the team behind company accounts, price lists, quotes, the buyer portal and the invoice portal. One platform seen from underneath: what it does under load, where it breaks, what to tell the ERP integrator. The same reading applies to the others, and each engagement adds a platform with a published review behind it.

How an engagement runs

  1. Send the storefront URL and the ERP — Which platform, which ERP, one sentence on what hurts. Reply within one business day.
  2. The review, in writing — Two weeks, fixed price, read-only access to the storefront and the sandbox. A document, not a deck.
  3. A scope and a fixed price — Line by line from the review, agreed in writing before work starts. Your agency can do the fixes from the same document.
  4. Delivery in your accounts — Your platform account, your repository, your ERP credentials, your keys. Handover notes with every change. Nothing hosted with us.

Questions we get

We already have an agency or a systems integrator.

Keep them. The review reads their work independently, and the fixes are scoped so either of us can do them. We are direct with them and with you about what we found.

Which ERPs have you worked against?

NetSuite, SAP Business One, Acumatica and Microsoft Dynamics, directly against the APIs and through the usual integration platforms. If yours is not on the list, the first reply will say whether we have done it or would be learning it on your time, which we do not charge for.

Will you sign an NDA and work inside our security process?

Yes to both, before any access. Read-only sandbox access is enough for the review. Named accounts you create and can revoke for the work.

Do you do the retail side too?

Yes. Many distributors also sell direct, and the retail work on this site applies to that storefront. One person can hold both.

Where and when?

Puebla, Mexico, on US Central hours, in English and Spanish. On site for a cutover if the engagement needs it.

Why not a large integrator?

If you are on SAP or Salesforce, you need one, and we will say so. On the mid-market platforms, an integrator puts an account layer between you and the person who understands your price lists, and bills for the layer. Here that person answers the email.

Start with the review

Send the storefront URL, the platform and the ERP. The reply says whether it is a fit, what we would read first, and the fixed price for the review.
